The Richmond region got its first real snow Saturday — but barely.

Harry Anderson Fuller Jr. has been identified by police as the victim of the fatal crash Friday afternoon on the Downtown Expressway.

Outages in Giles County appear to be fixed.  Bedford County outages nearing 1,000 as of 11:30 p.m.
