Expert: Romney, Obama visits highlight Commonwealth's importance in election

Between a touch of the Hokie stone at Lane Stadium and taking a definitive stance on marriage in Lynchburg, it was a politically star-studded weekend in Southwest / Central Virginia as First Lady Michelle Obama and Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney spoke during graduation ceremonies at two of the region's largest universities.  While both of their speeches steered clear of politics, one expert says their visits certainly have political implications.
