Stacy Lamont Childress, 29, Gladys, changed his plea of "not guilty" to abduction and malicious wounding charges to "guilty" when his trial was continued in Campbell County on February 26. The W.C.H.S. Forensics team competed in the District Tournament at Altavista High School this past Saturday, February 27th. The team did an outstanding job, not to mention that many of the members on the team are considered novices, which means these students were competing for the first time.
