Va. Beach seeks providers for adult foster care

VIRGINIA BEACH The city's Human Services Department is looking for people interested in becoming providers for its Adult Foster Care program. Providers care for adults deemed incapable of independent living. Providers will receive a monthly stipend to help cover rent and other expenses.
