At 7:05 a.m., the Virginia Department of Transportation was reporting the following traffic issues: U.S. 13 The southbound lanes are closed at Young Street in Northampton County because of a tractor-trailer crash. The tractor-trailer, carrying about 80,000 pounds of frozen pork, collided with a box truck. A detour is in place while both trucks are unloaded and cleared from the road.
