For 25-year-old Jared Patrick Dodson, Jan. 26 was supposed to be just another day at the office. Well, at his office, anyway. Dodson was driving a luggage cart on the tarmac of Washington Dulles International Airport when he was hit by a “mobile lounge” passenger transport. Dodson died the next day at an area hospital from complications.
