Loudoun Valley renovations hit the dais

Artificial versus grass turf was a hot topic during the Loudoun County School Board's May 8 meeting. Loudoun Valley High School made its way into the 2014 Capital Improvement Projects after it had been on the waiting list for a number of years. One part of the renovations included adding artificial turf to the grounds, where there are not adequate fields to house sports teams.
