Man flees police after traffic stop
FREDERICKSBURG — A 29-year-old Stafford man accused of jumping into theRappahannockRiver to escape arrest during a traffic stop May 4 later turned himself into police.

Sections of the interstate will closed overnight for a paving projects expected to last through December.
