Police have determined that the adults who were supervising a 9-year-old boy who is alleged to have stolen iPhones last week are indeed his parents.
According to the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office, the boy stole a phone from an employee at the AT&T retail store on Southpoint Parkway in Spotsylvania on Feb. 2 while his mother distracted the victim....
