Funeral services with honors will be held on Thursday, Feb. 16 at 1 p.m. at Beth El Hebrew Congregation at 3830 Seminary Road in Alexandria.

Police on Saturday arrested a 19-year-old man they say randomly fired at two women Friday night on Sigel Court in Dumfries, striking one.
