Manassas teacher charged with child porn

A local Girl Scout is hosting a "Prepare for a Pet" program on Tuesday, giving tips on what the first-time perspective pet owner needs to know about adding a furry member to the family.

The book is about Julie Patterson,  a former Miss Mississippi with a successful husband, two wonderful children and the lavish life that many can only dream about.

LEC needs a host family for six young French students in the Manassas/Bristow/Gainesville area for three weeks, Aug. 5 to 25.

"My federal government has been so feckless about securing borders around my country that this legislator is trying to create all kinds of ways of dealing with illegal immigration in my community," Lingamfelter said.

Former Osbourn teacher also faces federal child pornography charges.
