Pursuant to that certain Deed of Trust to Reed & Reed, P.C. Attorneys and Counsellors at Law, Trustee, dated March 21, 2012, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Page County, Virginia, in Instrument #120000651, default having been made in the payment of the debt herein secured, and at the direction of the holder of the said indebtedness, the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Page County Circuit Court Courthouse located at 116 S. Nunn Farm of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Page County, Virginia, as Lots Nos. 3, 4, 85 and 86, LESS HOWEVER, a strip of land 5 feet in width over the western portions of Lots 3 and 86, and being the same real estate which was conveyed by deed dated the 30th day of June, 2008, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office as Instrument No. 080002280, to which said plat and deed

TERMS OF SALE: 10% of purchase price down on day of sale in cash, certified funds or such funds as are acceptable to Trustee due immediately following the auction. The balance of purchase price upon delivery of the Special Warranty deed within 30 days of sale. Real estate taxes to be prorated to date of sale. Property to be sold in “AS IS” condition. The successful bidder will be required to execute a Memorandum of Sale immediately following the auction.
