ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed BIDS for construction of renovations and additions to The Wise Inn located on Main Street, Wise, Virginia, will be received by Mr. Carl Snodgrass, representing Wise Inn Partners, LP, in the County AdministratorÕs office at the Wise County Courthouse located in Wise, Virginia until 2:00 P.M., prevailing time on June 13, 2012, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud. 
The project generally consists of the complete renovation and restoration of the existing Wise Inn (23,246 gsf) and construction of a new two story addition (23,427 gsf).  The new addition includes grade-level parking below.  The balance of the site will be developed to include, but not limited to, surface parking, access, and landscaping.

Prime contractors must be registered Virginia Class A. 
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Showing will be held on June 5, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. in the main dining room of the existing Wise Inn located in Wise, VA.
