The Highlands Group to open new facility in Elizabethton, creating jobs

Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bill Hagerty and The Highlands Group today announced plans to open a facility in Elizabethton, Tenn. at 200 Smoky Mountain Way.
