Lawrence C. Musgrove Jr. was a lawyer who went on to establish two companies in the valley.

Lawrence C. Musgrove Jr. is remembered as a father, husband, businessman, lawyer and union supporter. Most of all, he is remembered for his work ethic.

Musgrove died Monday after complications with pneumonia, said his son, Lawrence C. Musgrove III. He was 84.
