HOT SPRINGS — Bath Community Hospital will offer free sports physicals for rising eighth through 12th graders Monday, May 21 through Wednesday, May 23 from 3-6 p.m.

Those wanting physicals need to call 839-7187 for appointments. Physical forms are available at BCHS and must be filled out in advance. This will be the only time physicals will be offered free.
